What can I do if I can't dial up broadband?

1. If PPPoE dial-up time out, please check whether the device network cable is correctly connected. WAN port is connected to the internet device such as modem. LAN is connected to the computer. Or to check the account password from ISP whether correct or whether has be used in another device.

2. If the account is error, please check it with ISP. Or to use it dial up by PC for testing.

Most typo during account input will be:

1) more character “.” input.

2) more character “.com” input.

3) more character “space” input.

4)The mistake between UPPERCASE or lowercase of letter input.

5) Someone digitalnumber input repeated.
